How it works

1Install

One click from the marketplace. Your sub-account instantly gets its own lead address, like yourkey@envelopezilla.com.

2Map one sample

Paste a lead email into settings. EnvelopeZilla finds the fields; you point each one at a contact field — including your custom fields.

3Point your provider at it

Set your lead source to notify that address. Every lead lands in your CRM automatically, from then on, forever.

What every lead gets

A real contact, not an inbox entry

Name, email, phone, and lead source upserted — repeat leads enrich the existing contact instead of creating duplicates.

Your custom fields, filled

Map any label in the email — "Lead Type", "Property Address", anything — straight into your sub-account's custom fields.

A tag that fires your automations

Every ingested lead gets your trigger tag, so your speed-to-lead workflow starts the moment the email arrives.

The original email, preserved

The full message is attached to the contact as a note — nothing is lost in translation.

A live activity feed

See every email as it's processed, watch a test-send land in real time, and spot format changes before they cost you leads.

A safety net

Duplicates are absorbed. Unreadable emails are forwarded to a human. A lead is never silently dropped.

Questions

Does it work with my lead provider?

If your provider can send lead notifications by email — and virtually all of them can — yes. Structured emails (label: value lines or tables) map perfectly; anything else is handled by a generic parser that finds the contact details.

What about duplicate emails?

Each message is fingerprinted; resends and provider retries are recognized and skipped, so one lead never becomes two contacts or fires your automation twice.

Do I need to change my domain or DNS?

No. Your lead address lives on envelopezilla.com — you just paste it into your provider's notification settings.

What does it cost?

Free while in early access.
