Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of EnvelopeZilla ("the Service"), operated by Virtual Office CRM ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
EnvelopeZilla provides your HighLevel sub-account with a dedicated email address, parses lead-notification emails sent to that address, and writes the extracted lead data into your sub-account (contacts, fields, tags, notes) using the access you grant at install.
2. Your account and access
You must have authority over the HighLevel sub-account you connect. You are responsible for what you connect to your lead address and for the accuracy of the parser rules you configure. Access granted at install may be revoked at any time by uninstalling the app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawfully obtained data; to send it unsolicited bulk email or content unrelated to lead intake for your business; to attempt to access another account's data; or to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your lead data, including consent and telemarketing rules (e.g. TCPA, CAN-SPAM) for how you contact leads afterward.
4. Your data
Lead data processed through the Service is yours. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Service level
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Email is a best-effort transport by nature: we build safeguards (duplicate detection, fallback forwarding of unparseable messages) but do not guarantee that every email will be received, parsed correctly, or delivered into your CRM, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans; existing users will be given notice before any charge applies to them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities (including missed or mis-parsed leads). Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for abuse, or if the Service is discontinued; where practical we will give notice. Sections 4, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. HighLevel is a trademark of its owner; EnvelopeZilla is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with HighLevel beyond marketplace participation.
